Double charge for a movue

Hi I bought a movie twice by mistake, first time on uhd which my tv isn't compatible with, so had to buy it again on hd so I could watch it, can you cancel the first charge please

On this forum - we are just Sky customers like you and so for a refund you would need to contact the Skystore team (live chat opens at 11am and I've put a link in below )

 

If the movie was a rental and rented on your Sky Q box, you normally would not have been charged for the UHD version (as you haven't viewed any of it)

 

If it was a buy and keep- or bought online, then you are likely to have been charged twice.
