Does purchasing through Sky Q use credits already on your account?

I have been building up some Nectar points which I can convert to a Sky Store voucher but if I purchase a title through Sky Q, will that use any credits from my voucher or can they only be used online?

I have Sky Cinema which gives a slight discount for Sky Store but the price change is only visible through Sky Q for me. Am I right to think we only use our credits/vouchers via the Store website?

Hi @TFCH 

Definitely - any vouchers you have need to be spent online / Skystore app. 

Anything you buy from your Q box just gets added to your monthly bill 

worth considering also - any purchase of a "buy and keep" movie can be sent from online to your box - but a rental online can not be sent to your Sky box
