My daughter has bought a film we already have a dvd of on sky store. How can i delete this?

Well - you can't delete it completely. You can archive it - which removes it from your hard drive - but the title still remains for you to download it again in future

If you mean - how do you remove it completely and get a refund - the only option you have is to ask the Skystore team if they have any discretion
