Costly mistake.
I've downloaded a film but it's ultra HD and my tv's not compatible so can't watch it, however
I've still been charged.

Re: Costly mistake.
Morning @emma+55
There used to be a line in the terms and conditions to say that on a Sky Q rental, you only get charged once you press play and start to watch. So theoretically in your (no UHD TV) circumstances you could delete the rental / then delete it again (out of your recordings / manage / deleted menu) - and then re rent it in HD
However - I've not been able to find that line when I look through the terms, so my suggestion if you have actually been charged is to try a live chat with the Skystore support team when they next open at 11am Monday. They are open till 7.30pm
here is a link and I hope you get it resolved.
