Cnt access my sky store purchase

I cnt access any of my sky store purchase. It says please connect to the broadband! I have reset the box, router and internet settings. Still no joy

If you can't access it from the box I would suggest purchasing on the official sky store website  (skystore.com) then when purchased click 'send to sky box' and it should appear on your purchase library in recordings

As I said I tried everything including that. I even tried different films no joy. Until this morning when everything returned.
