Charged for purchase i havent received

I purchased a few boxsets and movies. Purchase went through ok but i then purchased a movie called flushed away. An error message popped up. I didnt recieve the movie into my library yet was charged the 4.99 euro

I would get in touch with Sky Store support regarding this, they have a live chat you can use that is available from 11am-7.30pm Monday to Saturday and can be found here:
