All my purchases have gone, and the latest one was a couple of weeks.

All my purchases have gone, and the latest one was a couple of weeks old and very expensive.

I get a message saying I don't have the Sky+ entitlement

Then I notice I cannot access the movies I could watch for free on my usual package either.

My package seems to have changed/downgraded overnight but I have been charged as usual!

 

Also I have received an invitation to upgrade.

 

What's going on? I have spent a lot on purchases I want them back because they are mine  and I want my sky plus package back as well!
