I am trying to purchase a movie on sky store, however when I put in my pin it states the movie cannot be purchased as my account is not enabled for purchases

We see this a lot on the forum. It's almost certainly nothing you've done wrong - just that your account needs activating/ reactivating by the Skystore team.
