Cant canecel preorder movie

Hi guys,

My son preordered a film instead of renting it. I went onto my orders and clicked the preorder is there however there's no cancel button. I've tried on different browsers. It's been less than 24 hours which is the time you get to cancel it

Is there anyway I can cancel the preorder and rent it instead? The release date is unconfirmed so I can't cancel it in my orders

I think the easiest way for you to do this will be to livechat with the Skystore team when they open tomorrow from 11am to 7.30pm

If you are free at the time @Gemma1518 I have found a good way to get through to the livechat is to log on at about 10.55 , get in the queue and wait till it goes live

If this link doesn't take you to it go to My Account > My Orders and select the cancel option against the film that was pre-ordered.
