Cannot watch films rented or purchased on nowtv stick

I have nowtv stick plugged into tv.  Have been able to watch rented and purchased films up until changed tv.  Rebooted and removed app and it still doesn't work.  And because I checked on my phone if film was OK the time is depleting as we speak to minus
