Cannot order movies on glass tv

My sky glass will not let me order movies I keep updating payment details etc and keeps telling me there is an error

@Lesley50  Are you able to update them online https://www.skystore.com/n/aacc/my-account/account rather than through Glass Sky store app?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
