Depending on your problem @Luckyg07 a good first step is to:

Buy and keep - archive the part download and start downloading again. 

Rental - delete - then go to your deleted items and delete forever" - then try again. 

if a rental - I'd suggest not starting to watch any of it until it's 100% downloaded.
