Cannot access my buy to keep movies after cancelling my tv package
I have cancelled my Sky TV subscription. Only one of my many Buy to Keep purchases has transferred over to Sky Store.

How do you mean "transferred over" as ALL my buy and keep movies are available on Sky Store so I can access then via an app on my "Smart TV", so your movies should not need transferring

While what @Annie+UK is correct now you are n longer a Sky TV customer you will need to contact Sky Store support as they will need to change your account to a Sky Store only one. They have a live chat you can use that is available from 11am-7.30pm Monday to Saturday and can be found here:

Sky Store is an old legacy system that's in desperate need of update ... hence the very limited device support😔
