Cancelled contract and purchases
I've cancelled my contract with sky? As moving out my partner has sky already? Would I loose my movies that I paid for? Or can the transfer them over to my partner account ??? Or would they refund me the money back for them all?? So I can re buy them?

@Chloelou88 Sky Store purchases will still be in the Sky Store under your login, you can't transfer them.
So you still have access to them as Sky Store is seperate to Sky TV.

Sorry, you won't be able to transfer nor carry forward the purchased itineraries.
You would only be able to access them via the Sky Store website or app.
No access from your Sky Box for the same.

You will no longer be able to access them via your Sky Q box if the account is cancelled but you will be able to via the Sky Store app or via the Sky Store website. To be able to access them via both of these you might need to contact Sky Store support and ask them to change your account to a Sky Store only one, there are a few different ways they can be contacted as you can see here:
