Turn of parental

Please could someone help me turn of perental control on my phone

Hi @Frank+and+dave 

 

You would need to sign in to Skystore online in a browser  - then go to "my account"

 

you will see parental settings options there 

 

There's an option along the lines of Parental control PIN. Change the access level to OFF and that should work across your devices
