My son downloaded Barbie on a format we cannot work ... he then downloaded the extra Barbie ... which we don't need
we need both cancelling please and the right one purchasing

Find out moreIf both of these were downloaded in the UHD format then just delete them and again from the deleted section and then download in the correct HD format. You shouldn't be charged for the UHD ones if you didn't start to view them but if you want to double check you use the live chat to the Sky Store team tomorrow from 11am onwards and that will be found here:
