Can’t watch my pre order film

I pre ordered twister film and came out yesterday 2/9/24 and I can't watch it it's just saying about you pre order

We've heard of a few issues with pre orders over the last couple of weeks 

the easiest way to resolve them seems to be (not ideal I know) to do a live chat with the Skystore team to ask them to delete / cancel the pre order- and then just purchase as normal
