Can't watch m free VIP movies is this because they are HD and I only have HD on Sports

Can't watch my fee VIP movies is this because they are HD and I only subscribe to HD on Sports. Now got three sat there that I can't watch.

It doesn't matter that you don't subscribe to HD via your TV package as you should still be able to watch Sky Store HD films that you have purchased so have you tried to watch them ?

Thank you Caesarome yes when I try to watch them it says we are experiencing some issues at the moment please try later.

Is this via your Sky Q box, if it is and you are not recording anything try rebooting it at the mains, leave it off for a few minutes and when powering it back up give it another 5 minutes before trying again.

Thanks Caesarome tried that a few times. Just tried playing it on Sky Go as well then found out you can only play Store purchases through the Sky store app so can watch it on my phone if need be but would prefer it on my Sky Q box wonder if I should up date the software.
