Find out moreTis does happen from time to time as your account hasn't been set up for Sky Store purchases so I would get in touch with Sky Store support regarding this, they have a live chat you can use that is available from 11am-7.30pm Monday to Saturday and can be found here:

Is sky live chat back up and running? I thought it was only messenger, email or directed to phone call. Curious
