I preordered saw x and now it's available it won't let me play it.

If this link doesn't take you to it go to My Account > My Orders and select the cancel option against the film that was pre-ordered.

Thank you for replying. It doesn't give me the cancel or delete option either, it just says you've pre ordered HD digital and then the release date 30/10/23, so I don't know what to do.

Same Issue. you can only cancel a pre order 24 hours prio to release, today is the release date, and what's annoying is if you don't have it already pre ordered you can buy it and watch straight away. pre order is meant to be easy and get it as soon as it's available, but here we are, waiting and searching for someone to help.
This isn't the first time having problems with pre orders, my adivce is don't pre order anything! i've been here before and it's frustrating but was hoping they fixed pre orders!
