Can’t link my sky ID to my sky account so it won’t let me redeem my sky VIP reward

Redeemed a sky VIP reward for a free movie but when I go in to choose a movie none of them are showing as £0.00 as it says it will so tried to link my sky ID with my sky account and it says the details are incorrect but I've tried everyway possible and it's still saying they're incorrect!

Will you be able to respond to the chat within 48 hours of it being sent to you as this is why it was closed as you failed to respond !

@caesaromeunfortunately due to work it's hard to reply as fast as you're expecting but if it will be replied to withing 48 hours then great but I was just simply replying to the message asking if I still needed help which I do which is why I replied! Thank you 🙂
