Can't buy movies

I've been tallying to buy off any store and everytine I try it Says I don't have can't but of sky store

@VickiJohnston  Do you mean you've been trying to buy a movie from Sky Store?  What error message do you get?  We would need the full error message to help.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

It could be that your account hadn't been set up for Sky Store purchase so you will need to contact Sky Store support as they will be able to fix this for you:
