Buy and keep not showing

Hi, 

I purchased a film a few years ago, I've downloaded previously no problem. I've gone to download it again and it is showing with the cost next to it indicating I need to pay again. I have gone onto the skystore app and it's showing there and I selected 'send to skybox' it didn't send it, it seems specifically this film as I tried another film and it did send the film to the sky box. The sky fb team advised to to log in online and restore purchase but again this didn't work! Any ideas?

I would try contacting the Sky Store team again about this as they have a live chat you can use that is available from 11am-7.30pm each day and can be found here:
