Unable to purchase as saying no credit

Trying to get free vip movie saying I don't have credit what do I do next?

This is a very common error so can be fixed easily enough by the Sky Store support team so you will need to get in touch with them about it. They have a live chat you can use that is available from 11am-7.30pm each day and can be found here:
