Buy and keep dvd not arrived

I pitched a buy and keep dvd on 28th December 2021 and its not arrived, who can I contact.

Sounds like you should have received it by now. When I've ordered in stock

discs they are usually within 3/4 days. 

easiest contact would probably be through livechat but they don't open till 11am
