Buy and Keep

Hi again sorry just wondering why I can't get the option of buying and keep DVD in Sky Store  I'm just getting digital. It's Warrior Season 3. Take care. H

From what I can see the same applies for seasons 1 to 3 in that the digital version is all that is available, this is probably because Sky only have the rights to sell this and not the DVD/Blu-Ray version.

Do you know why I can't see the Buy and Keep Digital option on any of the films I look at? All I get is the digital version to buy or rent.

The digital version to Buy is the Buy and keep version. As the only other opion is to rent and exmple is this film:

Are you referring to the fact that you can't actually buy a disc anymore ?

 

if that's the question then yes, a month or two ago Sky stopped selling discs as part of their offer. 

As @caesarome says, buy and keep refers to keeping the digital download.

That is what I was referring to. Though I have seen films recently that have the option to buy the disc.

Just tried to use my free code for a film and it went straight to buy from the store. Paid £9.99 when it should have been free. Can you help

Did you enter the code on the billing conformation page because if you dodn't it would have showed you that you would have been charged the £9.99.

 

All you can do is to get in touch with Sky Store support regarding this, they have a live chat you can use that is available from 11am-7.30pm Monday to Saturday and can be found here:
