Broken delivered DVD

I ordered a digital and dvd version of a film from sky, the digital version is fine but when the dvd version turned up it was not sealed other than the packaging, and the dvd is broken.

How do I go about getting a new dvd because my grandson is distraught that he cannot watch the dvd in his mum and dads car.
