Blue ray delivery time

I purchased no time to die from sky store on New Year's Eve with the blue ray DVD  at an extra cost , it's nearly 2 weeks later and still no blue ray ? 
how long should it take thanks ?

Mine was preordered on about the 18th December and arrived on about 23rd (I think that was the day after release)

best idea is to livechat with the Skystore team - open at 11am
