I have recently moved over to Sky glass yet I have lost my Sky store purchases.

I have recently moved onto Sky glass, when I go into Sky store purchases, it's states I don't have any, yet I have purchased a number from films (I.e. James Bond) under buy and keep.

How do I get them back. My account hasn't changed so why are they not there?

If they aren't showing in your Glass apps (under Skystore) I would suggest a livechat with the Skystore team when they open at 11am (unless you can reach them in the next 10 minutes)
