Blank blue screen

Purchased a film on SkyStore and when I try to watch it all I get is a blank blue screen and in the top right hand corner 'Programme cannot be displayed at this time' I have rebooted my Sky box but still have the same problem

Is the film you purchased a Sky Total Premier Rental and if it was are you watching it on a TV that is connected directly to your TV via a hdmi cable or are you using something like a magic eye / tv link ?

No, just basic from SkyStore. Spoke to a technichan and some HD boxes are having problems downloading certain films. Thank you.
