Been charged twice for the same movie has this happened to anyone before

Purchase (buy and keep) or rental @Kimnield ?

 

Never heard of it for a purchase - but sometimes happens on a rental where customers re rent by accident 48 hours after first viewing

I bought it for 19.99 but been charged twice for the same film and only wanted it once lol

Very odd @Kimnield 

I wonder - by accident might you have clicked on both the regular edition and the bonus edition ? 

both are £19.99 and it's the only way I can think this may have happened.

 

Anyway - however it happened - @caesarome advice must be the way to go

Thanks @mike+simmonds I have I bought the bonus and the other one oh dear I will just phone them hopefully they will sort it out as I only wanted the one not 2 and didn't know I got it twice pmsl x

Ahh, that would explain the double charge as you didn't buy the both of them.
