Sky store purchases no longer showing

I recently left Sky and during my time I purchased approx 160 titles via Sky Store. I have asked Sky to transfer the titles to an online account as I could no longer access them. Sky advised they have actioned, but I still couldn't  view them. I contacted Sky again and they have said all titles have transferred across and they confirmed my log on details including email address etc, but again, still nothing. Sky have said there is nothing more that they can do as from what they can see, everything is under my log on, which in truth has really frustrated me as I have no access to my purchased films and I have spent a lot of money on these films. So just wondered if anyone else has experienced this or if there is another way of accessing my purchased films

Came here looking for the same answer I was with sky tv for quite some time and whilst I did not have that number I now can only see four titles the rest seem to have disappeared ??

Are buy and keep titles removed from sky store when you stop subscribing ??..

No, but they can not be viewed via a Sky box anymore I don't believe but can via the Sky Store mobile app, website and the LG tv built in app.
