Asda pizza deal

I've been billed for a few things in sky store, but had built up about £50 credit using the Asda pizza deal? Why wasn't that used? When I purchased the films it said it would be used?

How did you purchase them? I believe if you buy online any credit you have will be used, but if you buy via your Sky box the charge will simply be added to your bill (except for Glass/Stream,). Another Community member may be able to confirm,

@Mark39 is correct, to spend this credit you have to make these purchases online  so did you do this ?

Unfortunately hidden in the T&Cs:

The Sky Store Voucher may be redeemed at Sky Store to credit your account with £5.49. Sky Store Vouchers may only be redeemed and spent on either the Sky Store website located at www.skystore.com/redeem , or on the Sky Store app on your compatible Roku box or Android device. The Sky Store Voucher cannot be used for purchases made on a Sky+HD box or a Sky Q box. However, Buy & Keep purchases made using redeemed Vouchers can be sent to your box. Send to Sky Box’ is not available on rental titles.

No way! That's rubbish! Aren't most people with sky Q now? So none of that credit is worth anything? That's so disappointing 😔.

Yep, bought them through the sky box because it showed me the credit there? This is way more confusing then I first thought it would be. We have sky Q too, on another reply it says they don't work on sky Q too? So is the credit just wasted? So disappointing 😔.

As long as you use the credit against a Buy and Keep film you can then sent it to your Sky Q box. You can not do this with a rented film.
