Black screen on downloaded movie

Downloaded 'The Little Things' 11/03/21 twice! Neither download worked as although there was sound, the screen was black and never gained visual. Please advise but also refund as obviously not worked!

Just so you know - you are talking to other customers here - not to Sky

As to your "black screen" problem - what comes to mind is a possible difference between the picture resolution you have downloaded (2160/1080 etc) and the settings on your TV and Sky box

Have you made sure they are all the same ?

After deleting it did you also delete it from the deleted folder as this does need to be done prior to downloading it again.
