App not working

Sky store app won't load on Samsung tablet. I updated to latest version now get spinning wheel when the app starts and won't continue past that.

Since updating it have you tried disconnecting the Wifi connection, rebooting the tablet, enabling the wifi again then see if it will fully load ?

Just tried and still no luck. I have deleted and re installed the app to.

Installed on my phone and same problem. WiFi is working fine on everything else so that's not the problem

Which exact model of tablet and phone are you using?
