Account limit reached message. Cant order Sky Store purchase anymore?

I have SkyQ. 18yrs with Sky. Pay direct debit monthly. Ive gone to order a film on Sky Store (rental) and have a message saying the accountant t limit has been reached. I do not recall setting an account limit at any point. There have been no u authorised orders in the period, or presenting for next bill etc.

How do I either remove the account limitation, or increase it? TIA.

What we see on the forum is that from time to time (for reasons that aren't entirely clear) a spending limit becomes set or reset to £0

 

It's usually not to do with anything the customer has done wrong. 

The quickest way to have this corrected is usually to live chat with the Skystore team. They open next at 11am tomorrow
