Accidental purchase

I accidentally put the pin into channel to view the free content and thought it said redo pin but it said purchase. Hiw do I get refund. Its not been watched so skywould know that?

What free content was this as sometimes you do have to enter a pin if if there is no charge about it.

 

If you want to check via Sky then although it is to late to do anything now so if it is open on Christmas Day (not sure it is) you would need to contact the Sky Store support team about this  via the live chat that is available here from 11.30am - 7.30pm Monday to Saturday:
