This last 3 days my youtube app on tv has become very slow / failing to load and the quality of image/sound very poor.
I've reset the internet router, with no improvement - any ideas please? Netflix too, also slow to load and sometimes says on their screen that there is a technical issue they are working to resolve, so I don't know if there is a temporary problem affecting youtube as well but not declared by them...

@jonmolly Have you tried rebooting your main Q box ie
putting your box into Standby then switching it off at the wall for 30 seconds
switch it back on then follow the on screen instructions

Thank you - I'll try that - on asking friends they are reporting the same experience in their locales, so I now don't think it's me....

I'm pleased to say that just as I was about to argue with the sky q box as you suggested, the problem resolved - so I do think it was something more global that just my box. I'll keep that advice to hand though - in case!
