we live in brighton had no sky since04.00 last night is it the weather
we have no sky signal have 2 skyq boxes neither working

”No signal” tends to be a message from your TV (in which case check the cables going to the TV). A “no satellite signal” message relates to your Sky box.
If it displays no satellite signal take a look at the troubleshooting here

It may then give you the opportunity to arrange an engineer to check the alignment of your dish. Just to make you aware, if you’re on a communal dish system in the UK you’ll have to contact your landlord or building management company rather than Sky.

If you mean "no satellite signal" are you currently being battered by storm Ciaran? If so, it's probable that your dish has been knocked out alignment. You'll need to either call Sky & book an engineer (no cost but likely to be a long wait for an availability in the south of the country), or get a local aerial specialist out - but that will cost.
