very frustrating issre re returning sky Q

Hi there

 

Looks like i will be charged for not returning the equipment.  There are no returns labels I can use

 

I've read all the help articles, which include links to royal mail.  The links don't work

 

It's impossible to speak to somebody when I call.  Deadline is today, so not looking good for me!

 

Any advice appreciated.  If I could only speak to a human being....

@rickc99  Are you in Ireland? If so https://www.sky.com/help/articles/recycle-sky-equipment-roi

 

Make sure the flag at the bottom of the page is set to Ireland not UK.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

When you do return the equipment keep your proof of posting safe and indefinitely and once you've given it time for your equipment to be processed (at least two weeks) we can possibly get you help with getting any non return fees reimbursed.

The link seems to work ok. What happens when you try it? Where does it stop working? You could  try using your browser's incognito/privacy mode to avoid any cache issue.

 

Do be aware you'll be charged if Sky don't receive the equipment back.
