This is mainly a customer helps customer forum so you’re not talking to Sky Customer Services. You would need to contact Sky to arrange that but can you clarify why you need a replacement?

My daughter returned our sky q box as it needed replacing but left the card In it

Thanks, that's a common mistake. Contact Sky and they will send out a replacement.
