using BBC red text button ?

I have just been upgraded to Sky Q from Sky + box now I can not get BBC text red button I believe it is a Known issue but cannot find the solution !!!. I am reluctant to ditch the SKY Q box but may have to if no solution AT present I have to switch to the "Free View" settings on my Panasonic TV this works but is very inconvenient    Surely this can be sorted without ditching Sky altogether my viewing needs are very basic i.e. not interested in Sky cinema, sports etc just the basic tv channels .

Please Someone advise ??

Regards Mike W

Hi @MikeWhitworth   It is not an issue, I'm afraid that the world (including the BBC) has moved on. It has joined analogue TV broadcasts. It will never return on smart devices. Try the sidebar (...) for news, sports and weather.

The current  'interactive service' from the BBC on Q is what the BBC wanted to roll-out on every platform back in early 2020 until they were forced to suspend and then halt this move as the result of significant protest and the threat of challenges under accessibility legislation: Q had one of the first release of the new version which replaced 'Red Button text' applied through a firmware update and was never reverted, for reasons known only to Sky and the Beeb.
