unable to fast forward using voice blue button on remote
For the past few days, I've not been able to skip (fast forward) using my SkyQ remote voice control.
I've rebooted the router numerous times&:also re-paired remote controls.
This is happening on both my Main Q box and Mini box.
Any ideas please?

Hi @Frydo
If you haven't already first try rebooting the main Q box and then when this is completely back up and running reboot the mini.
To reboot press Standby on your Sky Q remote (if the box responds to the remote), and then switch off and unplug at the mains.
Wait at least 30 secs and then Plug back in and switch your Sky Q box back on at the mains.
Wait for the on screen instructions to disappear and the front led to turn Amber. Then wait for 30 secs before you press Home on your Sky Q remote or if this is not working press the standby button on the front of the Q box (Amber led)
note: some features may take up to 5 minutes to return.
Reboot the mini as above.

Many thanks for your reply, I've done as you suggested but I still don't get a response to skip xx minutes, it just picks up the first word & goes to X2 speed (I keep the microphone button pressed until I complete the instruction)
I spoke to a really helpful (!) lady at Sky today who suggested it may be due to a software upgrade & just keep trying.
Who knows?

Certainly no issue with Voice control and any Software update.
You are not saying Skip to xx minutes are you? Or Skip two minutes ?
Both these could pick up as skip 2 speed.
You could try Go to xx minutes
or Jump to xx minutes
Fast forward then if necessary Faster
Another edit.
