topic: Can’t record or Pause with Sky and no access to On Demand

Hi I can't access on demand, watch my previous recordings or record new programmes on sky q because the same dreaded message has appeared  "to use this service you need to upgrade your subscription"

This happened last year and it took 4 attempts to sort the issue out and now it's happening again!  I've already done a manual update on my sky q box  .. please please help 🙏
