My Sky Q mini box has lost sound, I have re booted everything and no change, I seem to remember some time ago I had this same problem snd I was advised to unplug everything and plug them in back in in a certain sequence which worked.  Trouble is I cant rember the sequence.

Connected over HDMI for audio as well as video? Can the TV handle Dolby Digital? What is the audio output set to?
