skyq installed, couldn't get full use of the system as the communal system wasn't fit for purpose
I upgraded to skyq and when system was installed there was faults on the communal system. Twice I had a sky engineer out and they said I would need to contact the housing association to fix the communal system. That was done and 8 months later the system was upgraded to facilitate skyq. Why therefore did sky install me a system that would not work on the system that was in the building at that time? If you can send me an email address, I will send you the email correspondence between myself and link housing association.

Hi @amg+ipm Apart from the fact that Sky does not use normal email for customer communications, this is a community of customers, not Sky customer services. I'm afraid that nothing will happen following a post on a public community forum.
