Sky updated my package with Sky Cinema and Ultra HD without informing me. I had cancelled them before the date and they ignored it.
Is this the new way of forcing people to pay!

I don't know if this is applicable in your case but all SKY's rolling subscriptions require 31 days notice, so if any add ons were given as free trials etc these still need to be cancelled 31 days before the trial ends
