sky q restart loop

my box turned itself off when watching tv and now when it gets to the ready in a minute screen it just keeps restarting in a constant loop. ive tried unplugging it and all that stuff but its still doing it

as an add on when i try to hold standy to make the bix sodtware update the light goes amber for a second and then the box restarts again
