sky q mini

Hello i have hardwired my sky q mini to my router

because the mini box was having picture issues

wiith a tp switch?

turned off wi fi on both boxes, but still sky q mini has picture issues

it breaks up about once an hour or so?

am i doing something wrong ?

any help greatly appreciated

sorry for taking my time replying

the main q box is hardwired and the mini box to my router

turned off wifi on all boxes and wifi off the tv still no joy ?

i read a post saying samsung tvs have a problem with sky q boxes

we have a samsung tv in the lounge with no problems only these glitches on the mini box?

its a new mini box aswel, its annoying when watching tv and the picture glitches once or twice an hour?
