sky q mini box software update step 2

Hi. Turned on my tv for the first time in 2 weeks (after holiday) and the sky Q mini box is stuck on step 2 of 2 of a software update. Has been like this for 24 hours. 

I have unplugged the mini box for more than 30 secs however the mini bx still shows the same message. Mini box has a red light on the front and will niot change to organge or green

My main sky box is working fine.
